This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or

place an order, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

We keep it in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, write to us at

info@funlixar.com and we will explain.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Information you give us

Your name, delivery address, billing address, email address, phone number and

the details of what you ordered. If you contact us, we also keep the content of

that message. If you leave a review or send us a photo, we keep that too.

Payment information

Your payment is processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that

a payment succeeded and the method used. We never see or store your full card

number.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website we receive technical data such as your IP address,

device type, browser, language settings, the pages you viewed and how you

reached us. This comes from cookies and similar techniques.

WHY WE USE IT AND ON WHAT BASIS

To carry out your order. Processing your payment, packing your parcel, arranging

delivery, sending confirmation and tracking messages and handling returns. Legal

basis: performance of the contract with you.

To answer your questions. Replying to email or phone contact about an order or a

product. Legal basis: performance of the contract or our legitimate interest in

helping customers.

To meet legal obligations. Invoices and order records are kept because tax law

requires it. Legal basis: legal obligation.

To improve our shop and reach new customers. Understanding which pages work,

which products people look for, and showing advertisements. Legal basis: your

consent for non essential cookies, and our legitimate interest in running and

improving the business.

To send you marketing email. Only if you signed up for it, or if you bought from

us and did not object. Every message has an unsubscribe link. Legal basis:

consent or legitimate interest.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with parties that help us

run the shop, and only with what they need:

Our webshop and hosting platform, which stores the shop and your order.

Our payment providers, which handle the transaction.

Our warehouses and carriers in Germany, France and the Netherlands, which pack

and deliver your parcel.

Our email and customer service tools, which send confirmations and replies.

Our accountant and, where required, the Dutch tax authorities.

These parties act on our instructions under a processing agreement, except where

they are independently responsible under the law, such as carriers and payment

providers.

DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA

Some of the tools we use are run by companies established outside the European

Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the

safeguards allowed under the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or the standard

contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Order and invoice data is kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires

it. Customer service messages are kept for two years after your question was

resolved. Marketing consent is kept until you unsubscribe and for a short period

afterwards so we know not to contact you again. Cookie data is kept for the

period set out in our cookie banner. After these periods we delete or anonymise

the data.

COOKIES

We use functional cookies that are needed to make the shop work, such as

remembering your cart. We also use analytical and marketing cookies, but only

after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your

choice at any time through the cookie settings on our website, and you can clear

cookies in your browser.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, to

correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, to object to its use, and to

receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw

that consent at any time.

To use any of these rights, email info@funlixar.com. We answer within one month.

We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so we do not hand your data to

someone else.

If you are not happy with how we handled your request, you can complain to the

Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at

autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

SECURITY

Our website runs over a secure connection and access to order data is limited to

the two of us and to the parties listed above. No system is perfect, but if

something goes wrong that affects your data, we will tell you and the authority

where the law requires it.

CHILDREN

Our shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under

sixteen. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we

will delete it.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy when our shop or the rules change. The version on this

page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it was last

revised.
