OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Funlixar, a trade name of BiLucid, a general

partnership (vennootschap onder firma) formed under Dutch law, with its

registered address at De Groene Trede 9, 1704AE Heerhugowaard, the Netherlands,

and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 86129058. The

business is owned and run by its partners, Ivana Paulina Zwierenberg and Beau

Zwierenberg. Throughout this page, the words "we", "us" and "our" refer to

Funlixar, and the words "you" and "your" refer to you as a visitor or customer.

We offer this website, including all information, tools and products available

through it, on the condition that you accept the terms, conditions and policies

set out below. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these

terms.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Dutch and

European law. Where a provision below conflicts with a mandatory consumer right,

that right applies.

SECTION 1. USE OF THE WEBSITE

By using any part of this website you agree to be bound by these terms,

including any additional policies referred to here or linked from this page. If

you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

By agreeing to these terms you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old,

or that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use this website.

You may browse our website, place orders and use our content for your own

private and non commercial purposes. Any other use requires our written consent.

SECTION 2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

We do our best to display our decorations, colours and materials as accurately

as possible. Screens differ, and natural materials vary slightly from piece to

piece, so small differences between the photo and the item you receive are

possible and do not count as a defect.

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping

costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

We may change prices, adjust our range or stop offering a product at any time.

Prices that applied when you placed your order will not change afterwards.

Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item

turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered, we will contact you and

refund that part of your order.

SECTION 3. ORDERS

An order becomes a binding agreement once we have confirmed it by email. Until

that moment, everything on the website is an invitation to order rather than a

binding offer.

We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, if the product is

unavailable, if the price or description contained an obvious error, if we

cannot verify your payment or delivery details, or if we have good reason to

believe the order is fraudulent or not intended for normal private use. If we

cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

Please check your address and order details carefully before confirming. If

something is wrong, contact us as soon as possible at info@funlixar.com. We can

usually still change an order that has not yet been packed.

SECTION 4. PAYMENT

Payment is made through the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order is

processed once payment has been received in full.

Payments are handled by our payment providers over a secure connection. We do

not store your card details ourselves.

SECTION 5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to addresses in the Netherlands only. Orders are dispatched from our

warehouses in Germany or France.

We offer two shipping options:

Free shipping

Delivery within 4 to 5 business days.

No charge, regardless of order value.

Insured express shipping

Delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

4.95 euro per order.

Delivery times are counted in business days from the moment your order is

confirmed and paid, and they are an estimate rather than a guarantee. Busy

periods, incorrect address details and delays at the carrier can affect them.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the parcel has been delivered to the

address you provided. With insured express shipping, parcels that are lost or

damaged in transit are covered by us and we will send a replacement or refund

you.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated

delivery window, let us know at info@funlixar.com and we will trace the parcel

with the carrier.

SECTION 6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen

days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To use this right, tell

us within those fourteen days by email at info@funlixar.com. You then have a

further fourteen days to send the items back.

Items must be returned complete, unused and in their original packaging, in a

condition that still allows them to be sold. You may unpack and inspect an item

as you would in a shop, but items that have been used, assembled, burned,

written on or otherwise altered can no longer be returned.

Return shipping costs are for your account unless the item was damaged, faulty

or not what you ordered. Once we have received and checked your return, we

refund you within fourteen days using the same payment method you used for the

order, including the standard shipping cost of the original delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specification or

clearly personalised, such as signage or decoration printed with names or dates.

SECTION 7. DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Decoration is fragile and things occasionally go wrong in transit. If your order

arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us

within a reasonable time at info@funlixar.com with your order number and a photo

of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or refund you, and we

cover the return costs in these cases.

Your legal right to a product that matches its description and works as it

should is not affected by anything in these terms.

SECTION 8. REVIEWS, PHOTOS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If you send us a review, a photo, an idea or any other material, whether at our

request or on your own initiative, you give us permission to use, edit,

translate and publish it, including for promotional purposes, without payment.

We are not obliged to publish, keep or reply to anything you send us, and we may

remove content that we consider unlawful, offensive, misleading or in breach of

someone else's rights.

You are responsible for what you send us. By sending it you confirm that it is

your own material or that you have the right to share it, that it does not

infringe anyone else's rights, and that it does not contain unlawful or abusive

content. Please do not use a false name or email address, or present yourself as

someone you are not.

SECTION 9. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Our website may occasionally contain typing errors, inaccuracies or omissions

relating to descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping costs, delivery times or

availability. We may correct such errors and update or cancel orders affected by

them at any time, including after an order has been placed. Where an order is

cancelled for this reason, you receive a full refund.

We are not obliged to keep every piece of information on the website up to date

except where the law requires it.

SECTION 10. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Our website may link to websites that we do not operate. We do not check or

control their content and we are not responsible for it, nor for any purchase

you make there. Please read their terms and privacy policies before you use

them.

SECTION 11. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use our website or its content for any unlawful purpose, to

encourage others to break the law, to infringe our rights or those of others, to

harass, abuse, defame or discriminate against anyone, to submit false

information, to upload viruses or harmful code, to collect other people's

personal data, to send spam, to scrape or copy our website automatically, or to

interfere with its security or normal operation. We may block your access to the

website if you do any of these things.

SECTION 12. PERSONAL DATA

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains

what we collect, why we collect it and what rights you have. You will find it in

the footer of every page on this website.

SECTION 13. AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE

We do our best to keep the website available and working properly, but we cannot

promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We may change,

suspend or take down the website or any part of it, for maintenance or for any

other reason, without prior notice.

SECTION 14. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential

damage arising from the use of our website or our products, including loss of

profit or loss of an opportunity. Where we are liable, our liability is limited

to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Nothing in this section excludes our liability for damage caused intentionally

or by gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or for any other liability

that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

Our decorations are decorative products. Please use candles, lighting and

anything with an open flame sensibly, keep them away from fabrics and out of

reach of children, and never leave them unattended.

SECTION 15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of this website, including text, photos, video, graphics, logos and

the name Funlixar, belongs to us or to our licensors. You may not copy,

reproduce, publish or use it commercially without our written permission.

SECTION 16. INDEMNITY

You agree to hold us, our partners and anyone working for us harmless against

claims, losses and costs brought by a third party as a result of your use of the

website in breach of these terms.

SECTION 17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that

provision applies to the maximum extent permitted by law and the rest of these

terms remain in force.

SECTION 18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms, together with any policies published on this website, form the

whole agreement between you and us regarding your use of the website and replace

any earlier version. If we do not enforce a provision immediately, that does not

mean we give up the right to enforce it later.

SECTION 19. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms are governed by Dutch law. The United Nations Convention on

Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@funlixar.com. We aim to

respond within fourteen days. If we cannot resolve it together, you may submit

the dispute to the competent Dutch court, or use the European online dispute

resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

SECTION 20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page

is the one that applies. Orders are governed by the version that was in force

when you placed them.
